Architect (w/m/d) for Phases 1–5

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and creative architect with professional experience and solid knowledge of service phases 1 to 5 to support our team in handling both new construction and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing planning proposals and advising potential clients.
• Managing and advancing planning projects during the initial service phases.
• Providing design-related guidance to our team for execution and detailed planning stages.
• Executing projects with high design standards, adherence to deadlines, and cost control within service phases 1 to 5.
• Coordinating planners and construction participants.
• Communicating effectively with clients and regulatory authorities.
• Assisting in creating scheduling and cost plans.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of five years professional experience with sound knowledge of approval and execution planning.
• Proficient CAD skills, preferably with VectorWorks.
• Confident presence and strong teamwork skills.
• Experienced in working collaboratively with clients and planners.
• Good command of the German language, both spoken and written.
