Key Responsibilities
- Independently prepare preliminary designs, detailed designs, approval, and execution planning for projects in industrial, commercial, and office building sectors.
- Submit building applications and obtain necessary permits.
- Coordinate communication with authorities and specialized planners.
- Ensure compliance with laws, standards, and guidelines throughout the planning process.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in architecture.
- Solid knowledge of current standards, applicable regulations, with confident handling of workplace safety regulations (ASR).
- Proficiency in 3D modeling, ideally with Autodesk Revit, and familiarity with common MS Office applications.
- Solution-driven mindset, detailed technical expertise, and systematic working style.
- German language skills at least at B2 level.
- Team-oriented, flexible, and highly motivated.
- Several years of relevant professional experience.
