Key Responsibilities

• Independently prepare preliminary designs, detailed designs, approval, and execution planning for projects in industrial, commercial, and office building sectors.
• Submit building applications and obtain necessary permits.
• Coordinate communication with authorities and specialized planners.
• Ensure compliance with laws, standards, and guidelines throughout the planning process.

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in architecture.
• Solid knowledge of current standards, applicable regulations, with confident handling of workplace safety regulations (ASR).
• Proficiency in 3D modeling, ideally with Autodesk Revit, and familiarity with common MS Office applications.
• Solution-driven mindset, detailed technical expertise, and systematic working style.
• German language skills at least at B2 level.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and highly motivated.
• Several years of relevant professional experience.
