Architect (m/f/d) for Industrial Facilities / Building Construction

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Architect (m/f/d) for our industrial facilities division in Nuremberg. This position involves both group management and project leadership responsibilities, focusing on the design and planning of maintenance depots and workshops in the building construction sector for Deutsche Bahn and public transport systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance facilities and workshops within the scope of HOAI service phases 1 through 9.
• Engage in active coordination with clients, involved specialist planners, authorities, public institutions, and other stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the stated field.
• Ability to work autonomously with structured approaches, demonstrate problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, and enjoy leading a team.
• Experience with BIM projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable planning principles.
• Proficiency in CAD software, MS Office 365, and MS Project.
• Valid driving license class B.
