Position Overview
MAIER.NEUBERGER.BAUMANAGEMENT GmbH, based in Munich, is expanding its team and seeking experienced professionals specialized in object monitoring and controlling of high-rise construction projects for a permanent full-time position.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of five years professional experience in service phase 8 (construction supervision).
- Degree as an architect.
- Proficient in MS Office and billing software, preferably ORCA AVA.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, especially VOB.
- Methodical work approach and strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent verbal and written German language proficiency.
- Good organizational abilities and resilience under pressure.
- Passion for construction project monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Management and controlling of residential construction projects.
- Monitoring of schedules and budget compliance.
- On-site construction supervision and billing.
- Coordination among involved professional parties.
- Close collaboration with public and private clients.
