Role Overview

This position is based in Nuremberg and focuses on architectural work for commercial and industrial building projects. The annual compensation can reach up to €65,000, depending on professional experience.

Profile

Completed degree in Architecture
Open to both entry-level candidates and experienced professionals
Strong creative and design-oriented mindset
Genuine interest in industrial and/or commercial construction
Solid understanding of building construction and spatial thinking
Professional and well-structured approach to work
Active willingness to contribute to change processes

Responsibilities

Assist with infrastructure projects in the commercial and industrial sectors
Plan office, administrative, maintenance, and workshop buildings
Develop concepts and designs for industrial and commercial buildings
Create 3D models using software tools, especially Revit
Coordinate closely with clients
Integrate and manage external specialist services such as electrical and building services engineering
Support BIM-based workflows and processes
Work across departments with internal teams
Assist the project management function
