Role Summary
This opportunity is for an Arabic-speaking recruiter with deep experience in sourcing. The main focus of the position is to identify, attract, and connect with strong candidates in Arabic-speaking markets, while onboarding work is kept to a minimum.
Key Responsibilities
- Find strong-fit candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and creative sourcing approaches.
- Develop and sustain talent pools for both immediate and future hiring requirements.
- Carry out first-round screening conversations in Arabic and English.
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify target candidate profiles and sourcing needs.
- Use Boolean search methods and advanced sourcing tools to locate passive talent.
- Keep candidate records and applicant tracking systems up to date.
- Monitor sourcing performance and share regular progress reports.
- Proactively connect with candidates and nurture long-term professional relationships.
- Keep track of talent market movements and competitor hiring activity.
- Assist with employer branding efforts through outreach to talent communities.
Skills and Qualifications
The role calls for at least 7 years of recruitment experience, with a clear emphasis on sourcing. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is required. Strong command of both Arabic and English is mandatory. Candidates should be highly skilled in sourcing methods such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Bayt, and should also bring excellent networking, candidate engagement, ATS, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Comfort working in a fast-moving, target-oriented environment is also important.
