Role Overview

The Customer Support team acts as the frontline for millions of clients, delivering timely and thoughtful assistance. As an Arabic-speaking Support Specialist, you will handle customer concerns, provide thoughtful solutions, and collaborate to enhance overall customer support.

The position includes potential night and weekend shifts to sustain 24/7 customer service, which will be fully compensated.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver smooth and reassuring experiences enabling customers to confidently use Revolut's features.
• Provide excellent support over the phone, ensuring professional and consistent communication.
• Collaborate with global teams to swiftly resolve issues faced by customers.

What You Will Need

• A bachelor's degree or provision of provisional certificate.
• At least 18 months of experience in customer service roles.
• Native-level fluency in Arabic.
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for easy understanding.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and IT competencies.
• Keen attention to detail.
• A motivated, self-driven approach with flexibility and teamwork orientation.
• Capability to independently solve problems.
