AR Calling - Hospital Billing (UB04)

About the Role

Coronis Ajuba Solutions is hiring an AR Calling professional for hospital billing work involving UB-04 claims. This is a work-from-office opportunity in Chennai with a complete night shift aligned to US timings. The role requires handling claim follow-ups with insurance companies and managing unresolved hospital claims end to end.

Responsibilities

• Handle hospital insurance claims submitted on UB-04 forms.
• Contact insurance carriers to track and follow up on claims.
• Review claim progress, payment status, and related details.
• Pursue claims that are pending, rejected, or still unpaid.
• Record and maintain updated claim information in the system.
• Work toward daily calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements

• Prior experience in AR calling for hospital billing is required.
• Working knowledge of UB-04 forms is necessary.
• Strong verbal communication skills are important.
• Comfort speaking with insurance payers over the phone.
• Experience requirement: at least 1 year in hospital billing AR calling; overall experience range mentioned is 1 to 5 years.

Additional Information

The job is based in Chennai and must be performed onsite. Shift timings are a complete night shift as per US time zones. Complimentary two-way cab service and food & beverages are provided.
