Role Overview

This role is for an enthusiastic Apparel Second-in-Charge (2IC) based in Palmerston North. Your core workweek will be 40 hours, scheduled as follows:

• Tuesday to Thursday: 8:00am to 4:30pm
• Friday: 6:00am to 2:30pm
• Saturday: 8:00am to 4:30pm

If you have a passion for fashion, a keen attention to detail, and strong leadership skills, this is an excellent opportunity to lead a retail team in apparel. You will support and assist the Apparel Manager, coaching your team to achieve goals and raising the standard of customer experience. Your expertise in visual merchandising and planogram implementation will ensure an attractive and customer-focused store presentation.
