About the Role

This role focuses on managing the distribution of Tesla's energy parts across the APAC and ANZ markets, including products like Megapack, Powerwall, and Charging solutions. The position demands a strong process orientation and self-motivation to collaborate across global supply chain teams, warehousing, material and channel planning, service, finance, and production control to enhance Tesla's energy distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement a global distribution plan that supports a complex and high-volume service supply chain environment.
  • Coordinate with supply chain leaders, logistics, and business intelligence personnel to define strategic goals and develop logistics pathways for service, MRB, and e-commerce operations.
  • Manage the establishment of high-volume distribution sites, oversee booking processes, and ensure optimal and cost-efficient import/export logistics.
  • Work alongside industrial engineers and system developers to facilitate logistics carrier API integration and advance internal transportation management and warehouse management systems.
  • Produce comprehensive reports focused on operational efficiency, cost-saving strategies, and capacity forecasting per stakeholder requirements.
  • Extract and analyze data from internal databases to compile and distribute logistics dashboards and performance metrics for Tesla's logistics management.

Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management or equivalent experience demonstrating outstanding capabilities.
  • Master’s degree in industrial engineering or supply chain preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics, supported by examples of exceptional performance.
  • Advanced analytical skills complemented by proficiency in SQL and Tableau for in-depth data analysis.
