About the Role
As a Supply Chain Process Excellence Analyst, you will play a key part in identifying and implementing data-driven enhancements to supply chain workflows. You will engage with stakeholders and utilize process mining software—including tools like Celonis—to examine operational procedures, detect inefficiencies, and support ongoing continuous improvement efforts. This position suits early-career professionals enthusiastic about gaining expertise in supply chain operations and advanced process analytics.
Team Environment
You will join a collaborative Process Excellence team dedicated to elevating supply chain results through analytic insights, digital technology deployment, and continuous improvement methods. The team partners closely with business groups to provide valuable insights and foster sustainable operational enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct process mining analyses on supply chain activities to reveal opportunities for improvement.
- Work cooperatively with various stakeholders to comprehend business processes and gather detailed requirements.
- Assist in data extraction, thorough analysis, and graphical representation to produce actionable business insights.
- Support continuous improvement projects across supply chain functions such as procurement, planning, logistics, and order management.
- Encourage the widespread use of process mining software and analytics-guided decision-making across teams.
- Engage actively in workshops and meetings aimed at deploying process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Between one to three years of experience or demonstrated understanding of supply chain principles.
- Background in data analysis and problem resolution utilizing tools like Excel, SQL, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- A keen interest in applying process enhancement techniques and analytical approaches.
Preferred Skills and Additional Assets
- Experience or internship involvement with process mining technologies such as Celonis.
- Formal training or certification in process mining (preferred but not mandatory).
- Working knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or familiarity with supply chain data structures.
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Participation in data-centric projects or academic studies involving supply chain analytics.
