Join our team to support the comprehensive process of land acquisition and develop utilization concepts closely with our project development division.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate as part of a team in managing the entire process of land acquisitions and creating usage plans alongside project development.
• Plan and participate in proactive outreach to potential sellers or property owners, managing the full transaction process for land purchase agreements.
• Enhance and expand the local network among relevant market players to optimize acquisition opportunities.
• Take ownership of project tasks including preparing market and location analyses, as well as identifying, evaluating, and acquiring appealing land parcels for our portfolio.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Successfully completed studies in real estate management or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in land acquisition, preferably in the residential construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of the regional market in Baden-Württemberg.
• Structured approach to work combined with excellent communication skills and persuasiveness.
