Role Overview
Join The Hustle House as an AI/ML Developer based in Indore, India. This full-time, on-site role involves crafting the AI functionalities integrated within active products, focusing on applied Generative AI such as prompt design, agent creation, and pipeline development that reaches actual users. This position is production-oriented from the start, offering an opportunity for genuine impact.

Technology Stack
- Primary development languages include Python and JavaScript/Node.js.
- Expertise in Generative AI and machine learning technologies such as LLM APIs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, vector databases, and agent frameworks.
- Cloud infrastructure, REST APIs, and webhook-based integrations.
- Voice AI and automation technology platforms.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in building applications that use LLM APIs, including chatbots, agents, or RAG pipelines.
- Proficiency with Python programming.
- Capability to refine prompts based on real-world failure scenarios, not just basic chatbot interactions.
- Critical evaluation of model outputs to verify correctness beyond initial responses.
- A strong personal drive to build innovative AI solutions, independent of formal incentives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and refine prompts and agent workflows for active conversational AI products.
- Create RAG pipelines that convert unstructured data into actionable, structured intelligence.
- Seamlessly incorporate and assess LLM APIs within production environments.
- Design voice-agent logic and automation pipelines to enhance product capabilities.
- Monitor and identify hallucination or quality issues before they affect end users.
Additional Advantages
- Experience working with agent frameworks or orchestration platforms.
- Familiarity with vector databases.
- Background in fine-tuning AI models or prompt optimization efforts.
- Active GitHub repositories demonstrating consistent generative AI projects.
Compensation and Hiring Process
Starting salary ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month with unlimited growth potential based on demonstrated impact rather than fixed schedules.
