Job Overview

Calpion is looking to hire an AI/ML Developer based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role focuses on developing advanced AI/ML projects, web applications, and data engineering solutions using Python, Django, cloud services, and modern AI tools such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.

Key Duties

• Develop and maintain Python applications and services.
• Create robust web applications with Django.
• Design RESTful APIs and web services.
• Optimize SQL databases and perform data analytics queries.
• Deploy and manage applications utilizing AWS cloud components like S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Integrate Large Language Model solutions to address varied business cases.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to enhance AI functionality.
• Use the LangChain framework to build complex AI-powered software.
• Collaborate with diverse teams on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Produce clean, well-documented code and participate in peer code reviews.
• Resolve technical issues across the full technology stack promptly.
• Continuously update knowledge on AI/ML and cloud technology advancements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 4 years of professional experience in Python programming.
• Strong proficiency with Django for web development.
• Expertise in SQL and experience with database schema design and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure design.
• Experience working with Large Language Models and integrating AI features.
• Familiarity with LangChain or similar AI development frameworks.
• Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation technology.
• Skilled in managing multiple concurrent projects effectively.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
