AI/ML Analyst

Overview

This position is tailored for a developing professional to apply specialized knowledge in analyzing, assessing, and evaluating processes and datasets. The role involves identifying policy gaps, crafting recommendations, and interpreting complex data to support informed business decisions. The candidate will integrate core disciplinary knowledge with insights from related industry practices, working mainly within their team to impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, refining, and launching generative AI and large language models.
• Prepare and preprocess extensive datasets for model training and assessment.
• Customize and enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks according to project needs.
• Conduct research experiments to validate model performances and stay updated with AI and Natural Language Processing advancements.
• Implement strategies to boost model performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to embed AI solutions into diverse applications and services.
• Document model designs, methodologies, and insights comprehensively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline; Master's qualification advantageous.
• Competency in programming, especially Python, and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics including linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
• Basic understanding of NLP concepts such as tokenization, embeddings, and sequence models.
• Effective problem-solving capabilities and strong communication skills for explaining complex technical results.
• Ability to thrive in collaborative, dynamic team settings and a proactive learning attitude towards emerging generative AI and LLM trends.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience or internships related to AI/ML projects.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and version control systems like Git.
• Experience deploying machine learning models within production environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Applicants should note the job belongs to the Decision Management family, specifically within Specialized Analytics (Data Science/Computational Statistics). This full-time role is based onsite in Haryana, India.
