About NVIDIA Research Singapore
NVIDIA Research Singapore is committed to advancing GPU-accelerated AI technologies focusing on efficient computing for language models, visual generation, and robotics. The team aims to innovate generative AI by creating models that offer strong performance while being computationally efficient. As a member of this dynamic research group, you will contribute to top-tier machine learning, robotics, and computer vision publications and influence NVIDIA's products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research, design, and optimize innovative generative AI models leveraging NVIDIA GPUs.
- Publish cutting-edge original research in prominent conferences and journals.
- Collaborate closely with team members and other teams within NVIDIA.
- Provide mentorship to interns working in the research group.
- Present findings at industry conferences and public events.
- Facilitate technology transfer from research into NVIDIA’s product divisions.
- Engage and partner with external academic and industry researchers.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in large language models (LLM) and foundational AI models.
- Proven publication record at leading machine learning and computer vision conferences such as CVPR, ICML, ICLR, ICCV, NeurIPS, or MLSys.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant research experience.
- PhD in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field with a strong research background.
- Proficiency in programming languages oriented towards rapid prototyping, especially Python; knowledge of C++ and parallel programming technologies like CUDA is advantageous.
- Experience using popular machine learning libraries, particularly PyTorch.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical dissemination.
