AI Head

Overview

BHUMEX INFRA is searching for a proficient AI Head to lead the creation, execution, and deployment of AI-driven products and solutions. This role demands a technically adept leader who possesses strong programming skills and the ability to architect advanced AI systems, guide developers, and develop scalable AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the AI team and establish the AI strategic roadmap for the organization.
• Create, implement, and launch AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
• Produce, evaluate, and fine-tune high-quality production code.
• Develop AI solutions including chatbots, AI agents, and automation workflows.
• Integrate APIs and AI models effectively into existing products.
• Collaborate extensively with Product, Engineering, and Business units.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, security, performance, and scalability.
• Provide mentorship to developers and set best practices for AI and coding standards.
• Keep abreast of and apply the latest AI technologies and frameworks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Have more than 3 years of experience in software development.
• Demonstrate robust hands-on coding expertise, particularly with Python.
• Familiar with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java programming languages.
• Experience working with large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), LangChain/LlamaIndex, and AI model integration.
• Proven experience in constructing scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledgeable about cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
