Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality customer service in line with Toyota's standards.
• Scheduling vehicles for servicing, maintenance, and repairs efficiently.
• Communicating clearly with customers regarding repair work and service recommendations.
• Coordinating with technicians and parts department to maintain smooth workflow.
• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair stages.
• Preparing service documentation, invoices, and handling vehicles upon completion.
• Managing warranty and service-related administrative tasks.
• Developing strong rapport with new and returning clients to foster loyalty.

Candidate Profile

• At least 2 years of experience working as a Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, or similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry.
• Proven strong communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with close attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a busy setting.
• Professional demeanor with a positive, proactive attitude.
