About the Role
Join ESAW Premium Student Living and be part of a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional living experiences for international students in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inquiries received through WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
- Engage with prospective students and their parents throughout their booking process.
- Convert incoming inquiries into confirmed bookings by delivering outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate and schedule on-site property viewings and virtual tours effectively.
- Keep the CRM system updated with accurate lead and booking information.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to optimize lead conversion rates.
- Provide a premium customer experience that aligns with the ESAW brand values.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of three years' experience in sales, admissions, hospitality, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills essential.
- Highly organized, proactive, and focused on customer satisfaction.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
