Admission Counsellor

About the Role

Educaller Education Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and self-assured Admission Counsellor to become part of our expanding team at Mahalaxmi Metro Tower, Ghaziabad. The position involves engaging students and parents through calls, explaining our education consultancy offerings, generating leads, and setting up counseling appointments.

Primary Duties

• Proactively contact students and their guardians from provided lead lists through outbound calls.
• Clearly describe courses, college options, admission procedures, and consulting services.
• Manage incoming calls and answer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain follow-ups with prospects and accurately document interactions.
• Meet daily and monthly targets related to calls and successful conversions.
• Keep CRM systems or Excel spreadsheets updated with call results and feedback.
• Collaborate with counselors to arrange meetings and facilitate admissions.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.
• Fundamental computer skills, including Excel, WhatsApp, and calling applications.
• Ability to handle rejection gracefully and work under target-driven conditions.
• Freshers are welcome as training will be provided.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Completed 10+2 education or hold any graduate degree.
• Prior experience in education, telecalling, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
