Role Overview
As an Admission Counsellor, you will guide students in selecting appropriate career paths specifically within the Media & Entertainment industry. Your role includes mentoring students on how to build a successful career in this domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Converting walk-in visitors into admissions efficiently.
- Managing inbound and outbound calls to provide detailed information about various courses offered.
- Driving new walk-ins through lead generation and continuous follow-ups.
- Offering comprehensive counselling sessions to prospective students and securing their enrolment.
- Collecting fee installments and initial joining amounts from students.
- Maintaining active communication with students using emails, calls, social media platforms, WhatsApp, etc.
- Fostering strong connections with all incoming students, acting as a dependable guide during their admission journey.
- Updating and managing the student database using Excel regularly.
- Delivering in-house counselling sessions.
- Organizing seminars and workshops at schools and colleges to promote courses and admission processes.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience as an Admission Counsellor.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree.
- Candidates with a teaching background are not eligible to apply.
