Admission Counsellor (Edtech)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Admission Counsellor to join our team at Ecoholics, the largest platform focused on Economics education. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Bhopal, where you will work from the office to support prospective students through the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential students using the supplied lead lists to initiate contact.
• Provide detailed information about courses, schedules, fees, and preparation strategies.
• Confidently answer questions and resolve any concerns or objections from prospects.
• Consistently follow up with candidates to successfully close admissions.
• Achieve monthly enrollment targets ranging between ₹150,000 and ₹400,000 in fees collected.
• Keep thorough and accurate call records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless admission procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Ability to thrive in a sales-driven, target-focused environment.
• Possession of a personal laptop for work purposes.
• Readiness to work onsite at the Bhopal office.

Compensation and Benefits

A fixed monthly salary between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000 is offered, complemented by performance-linked incentives.
