Position Overview
We invite applications for the role of Administrative Assistant (Front Desk) based in Abu Dhabi. This position represents the first point of contact for visitors and internal teams at our office and requires a poised professional dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality and administrative excellence.
Primary Duties
- Manage the front desk with professionalism, ensuring every guest or caller experiences courteous, hospitality-driven service.
- Welcome and assist guests, organize visitor logistics, and maintain high reception standards suitable for a luxury corporate environment.
- Handle inbound communications including calls and emails with accuracy and a customer-focused approach.
- Coordinate and support the logistics of company events, including meeting arrangements and guest readiness.
- Oversee meeting room scheduling, appointment confirmations, and day-to-day office management.
- Provide administrative assistance across departments to promote efficient internal operations.
- Ensure the reception and office space align aesthetically and functionally with company branding and service standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Possess a bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent experience related to administration, hospitality, or a similar field.
- Preferably have substantial hospitality or front-of-house experience in sectors such as hotels, luxury services, airlines, or premium customer service.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal, communication abilities, polished presentation, and a professional attitude.
- Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and thriving in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong command of spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach, careful attention to detail, and well-developed organizational skills aligned with a service-oriented mindset.
