About the Role
We invite motivated and enthusiastic individuals to become part of our Renal Transplant team as an Administration Assistant, committed to enhancing the patient journey. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the seamless functioning of transplant assessment and live donor clinics, ensuring they operate optimally and addressing concerns as per established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient administrative support to transplant coordinators and live donor nursing teams.
- Ensure prompt and courteous answering of incoming calls, handling inquiries appropriately.
- Assist in managing clinic capacities, escalating any operational issues following SOPs.
