Role Overview
The company is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist for its Los Angeles headquarters at 7323 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036. This is an onsite role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
What You'll Do
- Handle the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, applying payments, and managing collections.
- Track and analyze AR aging reports, then follow up on overdue balances.
- Work in QuickBooks Online to keep AR records accurate and up to date.
- Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities by reconciling AR accounts.
- Coordinate with clients such as labels and partners to clarify invoices and settle billing issues.
- Partner with Finance and Payroll teams to support cash flow reporting.
- If applicable, support AR tasks connected to logistics operations, such as matching shipment and invoice records and settling vendor balances.
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of practical experience in accounts receivable.
- Hands-on knowledge of QuickBooks Online is required.
- Good grasp of core accounting concepts, with GAAP knowledge preferred.
- Strong working ability with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Careful attention to detail and the ability to work against deadlines.
Preferred Background
- Experience handling AR or finance work in logistics.
- Exposure to the entertainment, music, or agency environment.
- Experience working with cross-border transactions involving Korea, the US, Germany, and Mexico.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is USD 45,000 to USD 60,000 per year for Los Angeles.
