Role Overview
We are looking for an Accounts and Admin Executive to manage essential financial operations and administrative tasks. The role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, conducting bank reconciliations, bookkeeping, inventory management, general accounting, GST filing, TDS compliance, and proficient use of Tally ERP software.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain accurate bookkeeping.
- Handle Inventory Management and general accounting duties efficiently.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST returns and TDS compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any finance-related discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with company policies on sensitive financial data.
- Carry out additional administrative functions as directed by management, including compliance with PF, ESI, Labour laws, and the Factory Act.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably with a background in CA/ICWA (CMA).
- Strong expertise in using Tally ERP for daily financial transactions.
- Excellent analytical abilities with keen attention to detail for precise record-keeping and reporting.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity standards.
