Job Overview
The organization seeks a meticulous and dependable Accounts Executive or Accounts Assistant to join their team. This role demands foundational accounting knowledge, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to uphold precise financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily accounting transactions such as sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date financial data using accounting platforms like Nakoda and Excel.
- Assist in compiling basic financial documents, including cash books, ledger summaries, and outstanding reports.
- Review and correct inconsistencies found in accounting entries and reports.
- Systematically file both physical and electronic accounting documents.
- Support invoicing processes by generating and monitoring invoices.
- Ensure the confidentiality of data and comply with company policies.

Interviews take place at AMF Tower, 5A, Ram Nagar, Tonk Road, Jaipur, opposite Rado Showroom.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 18,000 INR.
