Job Overview
We are looking for a diligent Accountant to manage our daily accounting operations effectively. The ideal candidate must be skilled in tally and possess a thorough understanding of various accounting tasks essential for smooth financial functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting activities ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and issue invoices, purchase orders, and sales orders promptly.
- Complete monthly GST returns filing and perform necessary reconciliations.
- Handle accounting entries for purchase bills and maintain the purchase register meticulously.
- Reconcile customer and supplier ledger accounts and coordinate with relevant parties.
- Maintain the cash book with precision and ensure proper documentation.
- Exhibit flexibility and professionalism in email communications related to financial matters.
