Job Overview
We are looking for a proficient Accountant to join our team at Arihannt Diamond Institute in Surat, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be skilled in the latest version of Tally software and possess comprehensive knowledge of accounting processes including ledger maintenance, stock management, sales and purchase billing, and bank transactions. Familiarity with GST reconciliation and report generation is essential, along with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, encompassing various formulas. The role also involves document management and filing duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate entries in Tally software including ledger, stock, sales and purchase bills, and bank transactions.
- Generate and analyze financial reports using Tally and Excel tools.
- Manage GST reconciliation processes effectively to ensure compliance.
- Maintain proper document management and organize filing systems systematically.
Requirements
- Proficient with the latest version of Tally accounting software.
- Strong command over accounting entries and report generation in Tally.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel with the ability to use diverse formulas.
- Knowledge of GST reconciliation procedures.
- Experience in document and filing management.
