Role Overview

The Account Manager position is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada. The primary responsibility is to nurture and manage client accounts, comprehensively understand project requirements, and guarantee that interior solutions such as modern interiors, false ceilings, modular furniture, carpets, and soft seating align with client expectations. Daily duties involve coordinating with design and operations teams, preparing detailed proposals and quotations, monitoring project schedules, and overseeing order fulfillment alongside after-sales service.

Candidate Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle overlapping deadlines and maintain meticulous records.
• Proficient with office productivity applications such as spreadsheets, document editors, email, and basic CRM or project tracking tools.
• Detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy in proposals, drawings, and order details.
• Ability to work on-site in Vijayawada, collaborate across departments, and make occasional site visits.
