Account Manager

Position Overview

Become part of a dynamic team where the Account Manager role serves as a foundation for career advancement, with most senior leaders having been promoted from this position. The primary focus is managing rental accounts through outstanding customer service, driving sales, maintaining account performance, executing deliveries and pickups, and upholding store standards. This position plays a vital role in fostering strong client relationships and supporting the company's mission and core values.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of rental accounts while cultivating and sustaining robust customer relationships.
• Perform early-stage collections for accounts 1 to 6 days past due, meeting daily and weekly collection targets.
• Ensure account health by securing payment commitments using account management tools.
• Complete designated delivery routes, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Provide premium customer service in-store, via telephone, and at customers’ homes.
• Contribute to business growth by generating new rental agreements.
• Handle safe transport, installation, and management of merchandise.
• Maintain showroom presentation and company vehicle upkeep.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures strictly.

Candidate Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication abilities and strong customer service orientation.

Physical Demands

• Capability to lift and move heavy items regularly.
• Competence to drive a box truck safely.
• Endurance for prolonged standing and driving periods.

Work Schedule and Environment

• Full-time employment, Monday through Saturday.
• Sundays and one additional weekday off weekly.
• Role involves physical activity including lifting, bending, and standing.
