Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent Account Executive to join Adtech Solutions in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role involves comprehensive handling of financial transactions and vendor interactions within the organization, ensuring precision in invoice processing and adherence to statutory requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
- Verify purchase orders, receiving reports, and invoices to confirm their correctness before processing payments.
- Manage vendor information actively, resolve any discrepancies in billing, and handle vendor inquiries related to payments.
- Perform reconciliation of vendor statements, handle corporate credit card expense processes, and support bank statement reconciliations.
- Maintain compliance with applicable tax laws including TDS and GST applicable in India, and adhere to internal financial control policies.
- Contribute to the monthly and annual account closing activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Compensation
This position offers a monthly salary ranging from 15000 to 20000 INR.
