Role Overview

We are seeking an Account Executive based in Dublin to lead customer acquisition and growth within the Commercial SMB segment. This is a full sales cycle position requiring structured discovery calls, persuasive demonstrations, engagement with both technical and business stakeholders, and closing complex deals. Key Responsibilities

  • Adopt an outbound strategy to proactively create new opportunities and build momentum within target accounts.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Conduct detailed discovery sessions to uncover customer business goals and technical needs, and articulate clear value propositions.
  • Deliver tailored live product demonstrations and solution designs addressing workspace setup, permissions, rollout planning, and integrations to facilitate adoption.
  • Navigate complex commercial requirements including security, legal, and procurement processes with cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and execute consistently to meet or exceed targets.
  • Liaise with Solutions, Product, and Marketing teams to feedback customer insights for business improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a full-cycle quota-carrying or related role with proven closing success.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging technical decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering or Product, effectively communicating product benefits in terms of workflows and ROI.
  • Strong discipline in outbound sales, creativity in pipeline generation, and proficiency across discovery, demo, and closing activities.
  • Proven capability to manage multi-threaded sales processes and influence diverse organizational structures.
  • Rapid learning aptitude with ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Practical knowledge of AI tools used to enhance workflow efficiency and familiarity with AI-powered work styles.
  • Experience operating in ambiguous environments and selling within the MENA market, contributing to refining sales approaches and developing scalable solutions.
  • Willingness to adopt AI technologies to enhance performance, without requiring deep AI expertise.
