Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Account Executive based in Dublin to spearhead customer acquisition and growth within the Commercial (SMB) segment. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle, including conducting structured discovery sessions, delivering engaging product demonstrations, interacting with both technical and business stakeholders, and advancing complex deals towards closure with a strong focus on outbound sales and urgency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adopt an outbound-first approach to proactively generate new sales pipelines and accelerate momentum within client accounts.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting through negotiation and deal closure.
  • Lead detailed discovery meetings to identify business needs and technical requirements, crafting compelling value propositions.
  • Present tailored live demos and design light workflow solutions to facilitate adoption and integration.
  • Handle complex commercial client requirements such as security, legal, and procurement processes with cross-functional team support.

  • Collaborate with Solutions, Product, and Marketing teams to relay valuable customer feedback and insights.

Candidate Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of demonstrated success in full sales cycle closing roles or related positions with proven quota achievement.
  • Experience engaging with technical executives like CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and product leaders, translating technical product features into business value.
  • Strong outbound sales discipline with creativity in pipeline generation and competence in discovery, demonstration, and closing.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-layered deals across diverse organizational structures.
  • Quick learner with an interest in grasping technical concepts and simplifying them effectively.
  • Practical familiarity with AI tools used to enhance personal productivity and the ability to discuss contemporary AI-assisted work methods.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English languages is required.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and experience engaging the MEDIT market to refine commercial processes and collect insightful customer feedback.
