TECHWINGSYS invites applications for the position of an Academic Counsellor based in Kochi, Kerala. We seek a motivated, articulate, and goal-driven professional to help students select appropriate courses and facilitate their admissions process.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to student inquiries made via phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
• Clearly communicate details regarding courses, career paths, and training programs available.
• Provide counselling support aimed at converting inquiries into successful admissions.
• Maintain contact with prospective students through regular follow-up and build strong relationships.
• Assist with admission procedures, documentation, and student onboarding activities.
• Meet targets related to counselling activities and admission numbers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess any undergraduate degree.
• Preferably, 0 to 12 months of experience in academic sales or student counselling.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills are essential.
• Interest and enthusiasm for sales and student engagement activities.
• Basic computer literacy is desirable.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.

Compensation and Location

The monthly remuneration ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹18,000. The position is located onsite in Kochi, Kerala.
