Role Overview
The Academic Coordinator role is a part-time, onsite position based in Karachi, focusing on overseeing academic programs, facilitating curriculum execution, and maintaining alignment with Hope Academy’s educational benchmarks and accreditation standards. Key responsibilities include collaborating with educators on course material development and updates, tracking student progress, and organizing academic timetables and assessments.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Proven expertise in education and curriculum design, particularly supporting skill-based and technology-enriched learning environments.
- Excellent communication capabilities to effectively liaise with teachers, students, and families in a professional and clear manner.
- Experience in academic advising emphasizing student guidance through course selection, progress evaluation, and academic assistance.
- Familiarity with Google Meet and Google Classroom platforms.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Leadership, or related areas.
- Previous experience coordinating academic programs or managing school operations, preferably within a technology-driven or international educational setting.
- Competency with digital educational tools, data management basics, and knowledge of global or competency-based educational standards.
Compensation
The position offers a salary range between 40,000 and 60,000 PKR per month.
