Role Overview and Daily Activities
As an Analyst in this role, you'll join a creative, supportive, and agile team focused on helping clients reimagine their operations by unlocking insights and value from organizational data. Various responsibilities may include:
- Developing AI strategies to assist organizations in becoming data, insight, or AI-driven
- Designing and implementing modern data platforms and cloud technologies
- Creating data governance and management frameworks to ensure quality data for insights
- Applying robotic and cognitive automation technologies to enhance workforce efficiency
- Using advanced algorithms to augment decision-making with actionable predictions and insights
- Exploring generative AI to push innovation, creativity, customer experience, and risk management boundaries
Your typical day will consist of collaborating on projects modernizing client platforms, technology, and data capabilities, formulating AI and analytics strategies, working on cloud and AI solutions, performing data modeling and analysis, and advising clients on improving their data capabilities. Diverse project work allows exploration and development of your strengths and interests.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Currently in the penultimate year of a STEM, Business, Finance, Commerce, or related data-focused degree
- Ability to thrive collaboratively within teams
- Strong enthusiasm for cloud, strategy, data, analytics, and intelligent solution domains
- Competence in conducting data analysis and forming basic conclusions from available information
- Resilience and comfort working with ambiguous problems
- Problem-solving aptitude with an analytical mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
