About the internship
FarmDidi is seeking a full-time in-office intern to support the creation of engaging video content for brand campaigns, social media, product presentations, and wider marketing communication. The organization is a women-led social enterprise working to enable 1 million rural women to become successful food entrepreneurs. It has been recognized by Shark Tank India, the UN, and Wharton, and connects rural kitchens with urban households by offering preservative-free homemade delicacies made by women entrepreneurs across India.
What you'll do
- Transform raw footage into polished videos suited for brand promotions, social media, product showcases, and marketing use.
- Enhance edits with transitions, captions, music, animations, and visual effects.
- Support color correction, audio balancing, and consistent brand presentation across video assets.
- Contribute to short-form content such as reels, YouTube Shorts, and ad creatives.
- Organize video files, footage, and creative assets for efficient retrieval and workflow management.
- Assist the team during photo and video shoots when needed.
- Work closely with designers, photographers, and the marketing team to keep projects moving smoothly.

Requirements
- Working knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Awareness of color grading, sound design, and visual storytelling is preferred.
- Exposure to Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva will be a plus.
- Strong creative ability, attention to detail, and comfort with deadlines are important.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment is expected.

Stipend details
The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 5,001 to 10,002. The pay structure includes a fixed component of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹1 to ₹2 per month.
