Winway Consultancy Services seeks interns for a full-time, onsite telecalling role primarily based in Agra, with opportunities in other cities including Ajmer, Bareilly, Bikaner, Delhi, Kota, Lucknow, Patna, Ranchi, Udaipur, and West Gwalior. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting proactive outbound calls to a mix of cold and warm leads to introduce company offerings.
• Addressing inbound and outbound customer inquiries by delivering detailed information, resolving issues, and assisting with pricing and initial troubleshooting.
• Presenting products and services convincingly, managing customer objections, and successfully converting leads into sales or appointments.
• Accurately maintaining customer data, call details, and feedback within the company's CRM platform.
• Aiming to achieve or surpass daily and monthly goals related to call frequency, lead generation, and sales results.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• Must be able to commence the internship between July 22, 2026, and August 26, 2026.
• The internship duration is fixed at six months.
• Applicants should have relevant skills and genuine interest in telecalling and customer engagement roles.
