About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries regarding property options and available services promptly and informatively.
- Support clients through reservation processes via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Manage payment handling and booking confirmations accurately.
- Promote additional offerings such as food and beverage services to enhance revenue streams.
- Keep detailed records of bookings and customer interactions within the company database.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and swiftly to maintain satisfaction.
- Deliver outstanding customer support and foster enduring client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Candidate Criteria
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting 6 months, with a start date between July 15, 2026, and August 19, 2026. A genuine interest in sales and hospitality, along with relevant skills and enthusiasm for the role, are essential.
