About the Internship
Join Magadh Techno Services Private Limited as a Recruitment Intern to actively assist the Talent Acquisition team in various facets of the hiring lifecycle. This opportunity offers practical experience managing the recruiting process from start to finish, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and attract candidates through job portals, social media networks, and other sourcing channels.
- Evaluate resumes to shortlist applicants aligning with the job criteria.
- Organize and manage interview schedules with candidates and hiring teams.
- Perform initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Regularly update and maintain recruitment databases and tracking tools.
- Advertise job openings on multiple platforms to maximize reach.
- Communicate with candidates to confirm interviews and collect feedback.
- Assist with generating offer letters and onboarding paperwork.
- Support additional recruitment and HR tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Willingness to learn and adapt within a dynamic environment.
Educational background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar disciplines. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Additional Benefits
