Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities are divided into two integral parts:

• Academic Coordination & Analysis: Evaluate student submissions rigorously and provide constructive feedback. Continually enhance and update course materials to keep curricula relevant and effective. Maintain attendance records and oversee student progress to ensure smooth session delivery.
• Content Creation & Community Engagement: Capture dynamic educational moments and transform them into compelling content for social media platforms. Foster a vibrant online community by interacting with students and industry stakeholders, turning them into loyal advocates of Crucible.

Applicant Eligibility

• This internship is open to candidates currently in their final year of graduation or those who have already completed their degree.
• Applicants should reside in Mumbai and be able to commit full-time and onsite to the internship lasting exactly two months starting between July 16 and August 20, 2026.
• Women seeking to start or re-enter their career are especially encouraged to apply.
• Required skills include proficiency in data analysis (Excel), design (Canva), project management, effective communication, and community management.
• An honest, direct communication style with an emphasis on no-nonsense, impactful work is essential.

Compensation and Perks

• A monthly stipend of ₹20,000 based on impact delivered.
