About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in human resources activities within a dynamic non-profit organization focused on personal development and leadership training. Interns will actively support recruitment processes, candidate management, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate candidates by sourcing resumes and profiles across various job portals and social media in alignment with specified position requirements.
- Organize and schedule interviews, interact effectively with candidates, maintain detailed recruitment records, and provide consistent updates on hiring progress.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, upkeep HR-related documentation, and contribute to other recruitment and engagement initiatives.
