About the Internship
Hunt Digital Media, a company specializing in online marketing with proprietary websites and gaming applications, seeks a meticulous and accountable Junior Accountant intern. This role is designed for fresh graduates or individuals aiming to establish a career in accounting and finance. The internship is offered remotely with flexible working hours over a six-month period.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately document daily financial transactions.
- Input employee and business-related expenses into Zoho Expense software.
- Generate and maintain customer invoices.
- Manage vendor billing through Zoho Books.
- Update and maintain bank statements on the Zoho Books platform.
- Perform reconciliation of bank transactions alongside payments from customers and vendors.
- Engage with clients to ensure pending payments are collected.
- Collaborate with the Chartered Accountant for GST documentation and filings.
- Maintain Profit & Loss and Cash Flow statements.
- Handle accounting processes across multiple business entities.
- Keep vendor records and payment timelines up to date.
- Organize and prepare financial documentation.
- Ensure all accounting records are current and comprehensively filed.
- Support preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Assist management on various finance-related tasks.
Future Responsibilities as the Business Expands
- Oversee management of Purchase Orders and Insertion Orders.
- Assist in payroll and salary processing.
- Manage travel expense accounting.
- Handle employee reimbursement workflows.
- Support vendor agreement documentation and administration.
Candidate Eligibility
Candidates eligible for this internship must be prepared to work remotely, able to commence between July 16 and August 20, 2026, and commit to a full six-month duration.
