About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in managing Meta advertising campaigns focused on boosting app installs and optimizing advertising spend. The intern will actively create, deploy, and oversee ads on Facebook and Instagram, analyze their effectiveness, and work collaboratively with design teams to enhance creative output.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
- Regularly monitor campaign outcomes and compile comprehensive performance reports.
- Enhance campaign efficiency to maximize app registrations and minimize acquisition expenses.
- Collaborate with designers to produce compelling advertisement creatives.
- Research competitors and keep abreast of trends in digital and app marketing.
- Implement A/B testing to refine ad content, audience targeting, and strategies.
- Measure and interpret critical performance indicators such as CTR, CPC, CPI, and ROAS, delivering insights to drive campaign improvements.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Availability to work from home for the entire six-month duration.
- Commencement between July 13, 2026, and August 17, 2026.
- Proven interest and skills relevant to digital marketing and app promotion.
- Prior practical experience with Meta Ads Manager is essential.
- Capability to independently create and supervise Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- An active Facebook account older than two years is required.
- Strong grasp of Facebook and Instagram marketing mechanics.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication abilities coupled with a keen desire to learn.
Compensation & Benefits
Interns will receive a monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,000 to 10,000. Successful candidates may also be offered a potential job opportunity following the internship.
