About the internship

Craftico Creations Private Limited is offering an in-office customer support internship in Jaipur for a person who is eager to help customers, keep service quality high, and contribute to retention. The company is a design-focused startup that began with concept-based home decor designs and hand-painted products, and it plans to expand into more design-led segments.

What you will do

• Assist customers over phone, email, and chat by delivering clear and helpful support.
• Handle questions, complaints, and service issues quickly while using strong problem-solving skills.
• Talk with customers in a professional way to understand their needs and suggest the right solution.
• Use MS Office and MS Excel to keep customer records organized and monitor interactions accurately.
• Work with other teams when issues need escalation so the customer experience stays smooth.
• Communicate confidently in spoken and written English with a varied customer base.
• Focus on creating a positive experience that builds trust, satisfaction, and loyalty.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can join a full-time, in-office internship in Jaipur, can begin between 29 June 2026 and 3 August 2026, and can commit for 3 months. Compensation and perks

The stipend for this role is INR 10,000 to 15,000 per month. Additional benefits include a certificate and an informal dress code.
