Internship Overview

This internship offers an opportunity to work remotely as an Associate Motion & Video Editor. The company collaborates with founders and enterprises to develop products from inception to market launch by combining strong engineering expertise with effective distribution strategies. The team operates through two main units: Better Software, focusing on developing robust web, mobile, and AI-enabled systems, and Better Marketing, which uses data-driven approaches to help early and growth-stage products gain market traction through a mix of creativity and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform raw footage from founders and companies into captivating short videos optimized for platforms like LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Pick out compelling hooks and essential moments to craft clips that both attract and maintain viewer interest.
• Edit videos ensuring smooth pacing, precise cuts, engaging captions, dynamic motion graphics, sound design, and strong visual storytelling.
• Customize content to fit the specific format and audience of each social media platform.
• Collaborate with founders and team members to incorporate feedback and produce polished, distribution-ready videos.

Applicant Eligibility

• Candidates must be able to work from home and commit to a duration of 6 months.
• Applicants should be available to start between July 9, 2026, and August 13, 2026.
• Applicants must possess relevant skills and interests related to video editing, motion graphics, and social media marketing.
