About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in creating and managing content for YouTube channels. The selected intern will coordinate with content creators and internal teams to oversee the entire content process from brainstorming ideas to publishing videos. Responsibilities include maintaining content calendars, researching trending topics and formats, drafting video scripts aligned with brand messaging, and collaborating closely with creators to enhance storytelling and engagement.
The role also involves identifying impactful learner stories and educational moments suitable for video content. The intern will monitor video performance metrics such as views and audience retention, provide insights, and explore competitor and industry trends to spot emerging opportunities. Collaboration with design, editing, and marketing teams will ensure smooth production processes. Additionally, the intern will support marketing leadership with special content projects and YouTube growth strategies.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting three months and be able to start between August 6 and September 10, 2026. Relevant skills and interests in content or script writing for digital videos are essential. The program encourages women who are starting or restarting their careers to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 15,000. Benefits include a certificate upon completion, letter of recommendation, flexible work hours, and a standard five-day workweek.
Additional Requirements
- Genuine passion for YouTube and familiarity with its content ecosystem and trends.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Hinglish is advantageous.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills to juggle multiple projects and coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Creativity, proactiveness, attention to detail, and ownership-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of YouTube Studio, content analytics tools, or basic video creation software is beneficial.
- Prior experience managing a YouTube channel or digital content creation is preferred but not mandatory.
- A portfolio or personal channel showcasing content creation skills will strengthen candidacy.
