This internship offers practical exposure in managing the entire recruitment cycle across various teams. Responsibilities include sourcing prospective candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and other job portals, screening resumes to filter suitable applicants, scheduling and managing interviews, maintaining continuous communication with candidates, and partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role specifics. You'll also be tasked with updating recruitment pipelines using hiring tools or spreadsheets, and contributing suggestions for enhancing hiring workflows and reducing turnaround durations.
