Join HumanHire Corp as a Talent Acquisition Intern based in Jaipur. This role involves comprehensive participation in recruitment activities including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial HR interviews, coordinating candidate feedback, and facilitating onboarding to enhance the overall hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process for allotted job roles from start to finish.
- Identify potential candidates utilizing job portals, social media platforms, and referrals.
- Perform resume screening and initial HR interviews to evaluate applicant suitability.
- Communicate follow-up messages regarding interview outcomes and job offers.
- Assist with candidate onboarding and necessary documentation procedures.
- Maintain a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be from Jaipur and able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship for four months, starting between July 28, 2026, and September 1, 2026. The opportunity is open to freshers and women restarting their careers who possess relevant skills and interests.
Compensation and Benefits
This internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹8,000 to ₹11,500, comprising a fixed component (₹5,000 - ₹7,500) and an incentive portion (₹3,000 - ₹4,000). Additional benefits include a certificate, a letter of recommendation, flexible work hours, an informal dress code, a five-day workweek, and a potential job offer upon completion.
Additional Notes
Successful interns may receive a permanent employment offer with an annual salary between ₹200,000 and ₹250,000.
